Seaside Park apartment complex is situated at the most pleasant inhabitable part of Varna – the Sea Garden. The property, which takes up approximately 3000 sq.m., is located in immediate proximity to the Varna-Golden Sands European highway. There is a direct access to the sea, which is less than 300 m away from the estate.
All apartments all facing south and west. 60% of the apartments have a beautiful view to the Varna Gulf and the rest 40%, to the park and the pool in the yard of the Complex. The Complex consists of 35 apartments. Most of them are already sold to English families, and 14 of them are available for rent.
